Clinic enters today’s schedule
Manually, or upload a CSV from whatever scheduling tool you already use. Each appointment becomes a tracking link with a signed JWT — patients never need an account.

Patient gets an SMS
“Hi Sarah, your 10:00 with Dr. Chen. Live wait time + smart leave-by alerts: link.” They tap once, set their travel mode + buffer, and we take over.

Live status flows both ways
Front desk updates status — on time, delayed, ready now. Patient gets every transition as SMS. They cross the geofence at your parking lot, they’re marked arrived. You see them before they walk in.

Smart leave-by alerts
We pull live traffic via Google Maps Distance Matrix. Patient sets a personal buffer (e.g., 10 min). The exact moment to leave updates as conditions change. We’ll fire one more SMS if traffic worsens enough to make them late.
Geofence auto-arrival
When the patient crosses a configurable radius (default 75 m) around the clinic, they’re auto-marked arrived. iOS background limitations are real — we have a fallback flow for that.
Bulk import
Drop a CSV with your day’s schedule. Providers in the file get auto-created. Up to 500 rows per file.
Minimal data, encrypted
First name, phone (AES-256-GCM at rest), and appointment time — that’s the whole list. We operate as a PHIPA Agent under contract with each clinic, with audit logs, signed DPAs with every subprocessor, and no medical information ever entering our systems.
